What is Pilates and its benefits?

Introducing Pilates to our everyday life it is not only a great way to exercise physically and look after our body needs, but it is highly connected with our mental, emotional and social health.
In a world where everything runs too fast, in a daily routine where stress and work overwhelm the majority of the population, it is essential to be able to dedicate some time to ourselves and find a place where we can recharge.
Pilates & Flow wants to offer this safe place where to boost our wellbeing mentally as well as physically.


WHY PILATES & FLOW?
Pilates & Flow provides a group exercise Pilates class open to all levels, ages and abilities with a series of exercises where everyone can find their own flow. Adaptations and modifications will be always made depending on each single one's body conditions and customized exercises can be offered in 1 to 1 sessions on request.
