"I was used to dance for many hours everyday so I did not lack of training or exercise. I have always been pretty careful to my weight, I was often doing diets and extra exercise to avoid big muscles. As many people, I did not always love my body but when I started Pilates I was very impressed to see how my body started to slowly change. I was working with body, rather than against it. I gained awareness of my whole self, improved the relationship with myself, developed a stronger connection between body and mind and all this finally reflected on my way of  training. Through Pilates, I am not working the superficial muscles, but I am working from my deep muscles and my real centre."
